Christmas in Virginia!

This year we were able to travel to Virginia to have Christmas with my family. It was the first Christmas with the entire family since Drew and I have been married. It was really nice to get together and spend time with my family. It is hard now days to get together since we are scattered across the country. And it will probably be the last Christmas together till Casey gets home from his mission in 2 years. While at home we were able to visit Maymont Estate in Richmond. This was an awesome place! It has a petting zoo, a little museum just for kids, about a 100 acres to roam, a huge mansion, and beautiful gardens. We also got to go to the National Air and Space museum in DC on our last day. Here are a few pictures of our adorable little nephews and our time spent with Mom and Dad.

It was an awesome vacation. Not long enough, as usual, but it was so great to be with my entire family for the holiday.

Long Time

Yup I know it has been a long time since we have updated this. But, we dont really have anything really worth updating. No kids, no new house, no vacations, really, we just are the usual! We did go to Las Vegas over Halloween weekend and had a blast! I will post some pictures later. But other than that, not much has happened. I started a new job and that is about it! I guess we will have to post more when we have something exciting going on in our lives besides school and work!
We are going to Virginia this year for Christmas!! It is the 1st Christmas home in 3 years! I am excited! The entire family will be home for Christmas one last time. Casey leaves on his mission March 2nd to Barcelona, Spain. We are all very excited for him. We hope it will be the best decision he has ever made and an adventure of a lifetime! Well I will have to post some updated pictures when I get home. Merry Christmas y'all!

They are getting cuter by the day and more of a handful every day as well!  They are starting to run, chase and play around with Mercedes.  They have not quite grown into their feet yet so they are constantly tripping over their paws.  They are also figuring out how to growl.  They are so freaking cute!  I also have some great news!  I did a little detective work on Saturday and finally got in contact with the breeder of Mercedes and I will be able to get her papered!  She will be a papered, and I also contacted the owner of the father of the puppies and I will probably be able to get them papers as well!!!  It is so exciting!  Pure bred puppies = more money to pay the vet bills with!
